DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
Anyone visiting or making a purchase through www.topplayerbrand.ma agrees to our terms and policies and accepts our rules.
IMPORTANT
Preparation and execution of an order can take 1 to 3 business days including delivery.
All claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt of product.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 business days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims that are considered an error on our part are covered at our expense without hassle.
If you notice a problem with the products or anything else with your order, please submit a problem report to our customer service.
In case of an incorrect address: If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient and/or incorrect by the delivery service, the shipment will be returned to our premises. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
If your order is unclaimed: unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the reshipment charges yourself (if applicable).
Top Player Company (acting as Top Player Brand) will not accept returns of sealed merchandise, such as face masks, underwear, etc… that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
You hereby agree that all orders returned with face masks, underwear, etc… will not be available for reshipment and will be rejected.
Returns: Please contact us to inform our department of the reason and basis for your decision to return the item(s) you ordered.
The customer must take the trouble to look at the sizing information and please do not make any mistakes.
Any return request will be evaluated to verify if the product has been worn, used or damaged, even partially.
In these cases, Top Player Company (acting as Top Player Brand) will not issue a refund or exchange:
1. The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Such as underwear, face masks, etc…
3. Worn, used, and/or damaged items.
4. Sale Items.
With this in mind, Top Player Company (acting as Top Player Brand) reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanging items at its sole discretion.

ARTICLE 1
1. The information provided (first and last name, delivery address, billing address, and mandatory contactable telephone number, etc.) during checkout must be accurate to ensure the order is processed and shipped correctly.
2. The delivery time and cost of an order depend on the city and the number of items in the shopping cart.
3. The customer can view the delivery cost and time during the ordering process.
4. The delivery time may be estimated based on the delivery and payment method chosen. In the event of a delay, which is unusual for us, the customer has a maximum of 7 business days to request a refund or a new deadline to return the order.
5. The customer can request a refund or return the item if the package has not been delivered within 13 days of shipment.
6. We can only offer a free replacement if there is a problem with the order, such as a manufacturing defect or a printing issue.
7. If the customer does not receive the order, we will resend it free of charge.
This only applies if the carrier confirms that the order did not arrive at the delivery address provided by the customer. (We are not responsible for any errors on your part in the delivery address.)
8. The customer can receive the package before the date specified when placing the order.
Generally, 97% of our customers receive their order before the estimated delivery date.
9. The customer can cancel their order before it is processed, but once it is processed, it cannot be canceled.
10. We offer the customer the opportunity to modify their order in the event of an error, but this modification must be made before the order is processed and shipped.
11. We are not responsible for delivery delays, as we work with multiple carriers, allowing the customer to choose their delivery method.
12. Delivery times stated on the website are expressed in business days.
13. Order preparation and fulfillment can take between 1 and 3 business days.
For express deliveries, processing times are shorter.
14. Our service cannot be held responsible for delivery costs; they are not our responsibility, but rather the responsibility of the carriers and delivery drivers.
15. Packages are delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering. We decline all responsibility for any address errors made by the customer without notifying us to correct them.
16. The customer may only return items received if they are damaged upon delivery.
17. The customer must contact us to provide more information about the damaged items, along with the necessary supporting documentation.
18. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
19. Used items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
20. In the event of a problem, Top Player Company (acting as Top Player Brand) guarantees a return or exchange within 7 business days of delivery if the item does not match the description on our website (order error).
21. You are entitled to a full refund if the product does not match the description. Shipping costs are not covered. Otherwise, keep the item and contact our customer service.
Shipping costs for a new product will be at our expense.
ARTICLE 2
Step 1: Contact us with your concern so we can assist you with your return process.
Step 2: Indicate the item you wish to return and the reason. We will respond within 48 hours.
Step 3: After receiving return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) and keep them in good condition and well wrapped. Send the package and inform us of the status of your return.
Step 4: Continue to follow the logistics information. Once the delivery is successful, please inform us so that we can refund you as soon as possible.
Step 5: Typically, it takes between 1 and 3 business days for your package to be processed after it arrives at our fulfillment center.
You will receive a notification by email or phone once your refund has been processed.
The refund timeframe depends on the payment method you used when placing your order.
It takes between 1 and 3 business days to receive your refund.
Remarks:
Original shipping and handling charges for returns are not refundable.
Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
We will not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
We will not accept returned items that were sent back directly from you without checking with us first.
You can expect to receive your refund 1-7 business days after we process the returned items. This will depend on your original payment method.
Please include your order date and number to expedite the refund.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of damaged items.
If you find that this step is taking too long, please submit your request and we can find a solution.
We do our best to make sure you are satisfied with our service.
ARTICLE 3
1. All our products have a guarantee, it is in this perspective that we give you the time to exchange a damaged product upon delivery.
2. Our guarantees on products have a duration which is equivalent to article 1.
3. However, this guarantee will not apply in the event of a problem caused by negligence, deterioration or inappropriate use of the product by the customer.
4. We do not guarantee any transactions or communications in any way when a person pretends to be an agent of our Top Player Company or Top Player Brand or any related matter. To be sure, please contact our customer service for more information.
5. We do not guarantee 100% delivery times, as it is a system outside our department, but we do our best to ensure that the customer receives his order as soon as possible as we have always done.
ARTICLE 4
1. When selecting an item, the customer must read the specifications and details of the item such as the sizing of the item and other specifications… Top Player Company is not responsible for the customer’s selection.
2. A slight color variation is to be expected with all our items. While we do our best to color-correct the photos to accurately portray the real color, slight differences are often unavoidable due to the variations in studio lighting and monitor settings.
